Family of Origin: Family System Group Dynamics
Meets: weekly for 6 weeks; 1 night a week for 1 hour

Remove stigma from maintaining Mental Health and Wellness in the home. Seeing Mental Health as a family value: parenting for personality. How were you parented? Personal and family mission statement. This group is highly effective for recovering persons or families/individuals who want to be aware. Meets: Bi-weekly for 3 months

Relationship perspectives to assist a practical approach to clarifying what types of partnerships lead to health and wellness: Empowerment vs. Competition and common expectations.

Meets: 1st Wednesday of each month at 6:15 am

Designed to support individuals in bringing personal perspective to good resource habits: picks up where budgets fail.  Examine and replace inherited or acquired negative attitude habits. Diminish self-sabotage
